APS Funds SICAV p.l.c. was incorporated in 2008 and is licensed by the MFSA as a collective investment scheme. The mission of APS Funds SICAV, through its team of dedicated professionals, is to provide its clients with a low cost and efficient investment solution with an overriding commitment to investment performance.

ReAPS Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of APS Bank plc, is the investment manager for all Funds issued by APS Funds SICAV p.l.c. In 2012 APS Funds SICAV p.l.c. launched the first retail Regular Income Ethical Fund enabling investors to place their savings in a product that considers various environmental, social and governance issues apart from financial analysis. The Fund will only invest in companies that benefit present and future generations, eliminating industrial sectors that only cause harm to society.
